It's very normal! This is a unique situation. Normally, it's easy to just pick up a phone and call or do a video chat with your loved ones back home but out here... It takes so long to send any kind of communication that by the time they get it and respond, things have already changed. And even more by the time you actually recieve the response.

I'd say we've all felt it at some point or another. And will probably feel it multiple times over the course of our time out here.
